If you are purchasing an Emergency Miracle Services product we would like to know the circumstances of your traumatic or near death experience and who the person or persons are who were instrumental in saving your or a loved one's life and why you are purchasing an Emergency Miracle Certificate or product as a gesture of thanks to them.

If you are willing to share your story write it in a narrative form with as much detail as possible i.e.- date, time of day, time of year, if weather related, where it occured, the nature of your trauma, ambulance service, rescue squad, fire station or hospital ER and of course all of the individuals involved.

Send it to emergencymiracle@windstream.net with the title "My Story" in the Subject line. After review we will post it here to share with the community and give recognition to the individuals you are so thankful for giving you or a loved one the miracle of a second chance at life.
